Girts Upenieks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various technology-focused roles. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Semtech since December 2019, Girts previously held a Program Manager position at Microsoft, where responsibilities included driving automation and enhancing user experiences in localization and internationalization. Notable past roles include Product Owner at Tele2 Shared Service Center, where Girts led initiatives across multiple countries, and Co-Founder of Mosso Vision, a technology startup specializing in smart connected IoT road signs. Girts also held leadership positions in support and IT consultancy, showcasing a diverse skill set in program management, product development, and team building.
