John Michalovic

John Michalovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. At Semtech, they served as the Director of Operations and Support, leading a team responsible for technical and engineering support for global clients and managing local operations. Prior to that, at Barco, they worked as a Program Director, managing projects and developing solutions in the EMEA Enterprise Market. Their role at Radialpoint Inc involved being the Director of Customer Support, where they focused on creating service level agreements and building relationships across departments. John also held the position of Director of Business Development at Tavis Software Inc. Their early experience includes serving as the Director of Customer Support at Matrox Graphics Inc, where they worked for over a decade.

John Michalovic completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University in 1989. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, graduating in 1998.
