Justin Foster

Justin Foster has been working in the field of cognitive performance for over a decade. Justin began their career in 2006 as a Sport Psychology Consultant Intern at Sadar Psychological and Sports Center. In 2007, they were hired as a Mental Skills Coach at Grand Canyon University. In 2008, they were hired as a Sport Psychology Consultant at La Joya Community High School. In 2009, they were hired as a Behavioral Health Technician-Intern at TERROS. In 2010, they were hired as a Performance Enhancement Specialist at the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness - Performance and Resilience Enhancement Program. In 2013, they were hired as a Lead Performance Expert at AFSC/Magellan Federal. In 2020, they were hired as a Cognitive Performance Specialist at Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC). In 2022, they were hired as a Cognitive Performance Consultant at Senaptec and an Adjunct Professor at Holy Names University. Since 2011, they have been the Owner/Cognitive Performance Coach at The Excelling Edge, where they help high performers gain a competitive edge by equipping them with cognitive training and human performance technologies.

Justin Foster obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Emory & Henry College in 2007. Justin then attended Argosy University, where they obtained an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling in 2011 and an M.A. in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2009. In July 2022, they obtained a Sports Vision Professionals - Training Certification from the Sports Vision Professionals Academy.
