The Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus (SBLSC) is a professional and social network for Black legislative staff employed by the United States Senate. Established in 1977 as a non-partisan, official Senate staff organization that strives to build a sense of community and support among African-American Senate staffers.

​Membership is open to all who are interested regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, sex, religion, sexual orientation or national origin.
