Héloïse Ducos has a wealth of professional experience. Héloïse began their career in 2003 as a New Category Sales and Marketing Manager at Diadeis, where they were responsible for launching and developing the digitalization services category. Héloïse also served as a Key Account Manager, bringing in 25% of the company's new clients in one year. In 2008, they moved to Quadient as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the creation and launch of new major online services, and as a Key Account Brand & Marketing Manager, responsible for all marketing programs and campaigns for the key accounts in all product categories. In 2014, they held two roles, Senior Project Manager, Creative Services at Seagate Technology, where they managed project planning, resource allocation and worldwide product launches for the internal Creative Service, and Category Marketing Manager / Project Manager at Nutcase Helmets. In 2017, they founded Roxine Club, the first second-hand platform dedicated to body positive fashion and accessories for sizes over 42+, and grew the platform to more than 10,000 active users within 12 months. In 2020, they joined Pimkie as an Advisory Board Member, a major European Ladieswear Omnichannel Retailer, and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Sencrop.

Héloïse Ducos completed their Master in Management from ESSCA Ecole de management in 2001, with a focus in Marketing. Héloïse then went on to earn an Executive Certificate from Portland State University in 2015, with a focus in Advanced Digital Strategies.
