Perrine Ghesquieres

Perrine Ghesquieres has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Perrine began their career as a Consultant in Recruitment IT at Hays. In 2011, they moved to RH Performances as a Consultant in Human Resources, Recruitment IT, and Competency Development. In 2018, they joined ADEO as an HR Business Partner in Recruitment IT and Data. Perrine was responsible for the Human Resources of 130 people in a multi-business unit and international environment. Her duties included Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Talent Management, Manager and Employee Support, and HR Project Management. In 2019, they moved to Sencrop as Head of Talent. Her mission was to structure the HR function, supervise the recruitment process, and ensure a great first-month experience. Currently, they are Talent Acquisition Manager/HRBP at WOOP. Her mission is to support WOOP's growth through collective success and individual achievement, and to find the best talents for WOOP.

Perrine Ghesquieres obtained a Master of Science in International Business & Human Resources Management from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 2004-2005. Perrine also obtained a Master in Business Development from Rennes School of Business in 2002-2005. Additionally, they attended the University of Helsinki. In 2012, they obtained the PERF ECHO certification from PERFORMANCE.
