Ioana Caraba

Ioana Caraba is an experienced professional in customer service and training, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Sendcloud since July 2020. Notable achievements include creating a comprehensive Communication Training program for the department and developing a “Productivity Formula” for agent performance management. Prior to this role, Ioana worked as a Communication Trainer at Ascensos, where responsibilities included organizing employee training on communication and compliance.
