Cat Orlandi

Catherine Orlandi serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Sendlane since August 2024. Previously, Catherine held various leadership roles at CM Group, including VP of Enterprise Customer Success following the acquisition of Sailthru, where responsibilities extended over multiple aspects of global and regional customer success from 2014 to 2022. Catherine's career in customer success began at Sailthru, progressing through roles such as Senior Director and Director of Customer Success. Earlier professional experience includes account executive positions at SutherlandGold Group and Elevate Communications, as well as a foundational role as Assistant Account Executive at Krause Advertising. Catherine Orlandi earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008.
