Marcela Warter

Marcela Warter is the VP of Customer Success at Sendlane. Marcela has also worked as the Director of Customer Success at Sonic Boom Wellness and Health IQ. In addition to their work in customer success, they have also volunteered with Voices for Children, Inc. and served as the Director of Customer Service and Organizational Development at Healthentic. Marcela Warter began their career in 2009 as an Account and Project Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services.

Marcela Warter has a Master of Business Administration from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business, an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications from Gonzaga University. Marcela also has certification from the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Marcela Warter reports to Jimmy Kim, CEO & Co-Founder. Some direct reports include Ashley Armstrong - Manager, Product Support, Dave Ciepluch - Director, Implementation Management, and Mike Lohmann - Director, Customer Success. They are on a team with Kj Garcia - VP, Engineering, Omar Miyazaki - Senior Product Manager, and Caitlin Hutchinson - Senior Director of Marketing.
