Jan Mito has extensive work experience in customer service. They started their career in the BPO industry in 2007 and worked as a Customer Service Representative until 2014. In 2014, they joined Global Learning Support as a Student Progress Advisor and Subject Matter Expert until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Sendle as a Customer Happiness Champion.

Jan Mito obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Columban College - Olongapo City, completing the program between 2001 and 2005.
