Laura Luck

Laura Luck has a diverse work experience in the field of UX writing and content design. Laura is currently working at Sendle as the Lead UX Writer since February 2022, after starting as a UX Writer in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Writer - Contract at Sendle from May 2019 to March 2020. In 2016, Laura founded their own company, Laura Luck - UX Writer, where they offered UX writing, content design, and content strategy services. Laura also contributed as a writer for UX Content Collective from October 2019 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, Laura worked at Everyday Massive as a Copywriter - Employee Experience, focusing on internal communication campaigns and employee experience initiatives. Laura worked with notable brands such as PepsiCo, Urban Utilities, Probuild, and WorkCover Queensland. Laura also gained experience in UX writing and communication as a Lead UX Writer and Communication and Content Writer at Nimble Australia Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Centrepoint Alliance as a Media and Communication Officer, where they managed corporate communication strategy and internal communication projects. Laura also served as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Centrepoint Alliance, where they were responsible for creative communication and editing shareholder communication. Laura's earlier experiences include a Marketing Assistant role at the Institute of Wow and an internship at the City of Gold Coast.

Laura Luck attended Griffith University from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication.
