Alycia Tooill has worked in the Human Resources field for the past 10 years. In 2012, they began their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Executive Search Partner & Contractor Manager at Medallion Partners. In 2016, they moved on to become a Branch Manager at Morales Group, Inc. In 2017, they were hired as a Corporate Recruiter/Recruiting Manager at Global Payments Inc. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition at D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. In 2021, they accepted a role as Vice President, People & Culture at Azalea Health, where they reduced attrition by 15% in the first 90 days and raised their Glassdoor rating from 2.8 to 4.6 in 75 days. Currently, they are the Chief of Staff & Vice President, People at Wyre.

Alycia Tooill received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gender & Race from the University of Louisville. Alycia then went on to earn their Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama.
