Jonathan Kloss began their work experience in 2011 at Hollister Co. where they served as a Visual Assistant Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of e-communications specialist at Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC, where they reviewed and researched inquiries pertaining to mortgage loans and credit disputes, determining appropriate actions and sending electronic responses in a timely manner. In 2016, Jonathan became the E-Communications Team Lead at Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC, where they managed the workflow, assigned tasks to the team, tracked daily productivity, and assisted with escalated issues.

Jonathan Kloss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Jonathan studied at the university from 2005 to 2010.
