Kim Dunphy

Kim Dunphy has over 20 years of work experience in the financial and mortgage industry. Kim started their career at HSBC Bank USA N.A. in 2000 as a Section Coordinator and worked there until 2013. Kim then joined PHH Mortgage in 2013 as a Team Lead. In 2014, they moved to Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC and continued working as a Team Lead until 2014. In 2016, they joined Nationstar Mortgage as a Document Control Representative, responsible for completing verification of standing and resolving impediments to VOS through research and collaboration with external stakeholders. Currently, Kim is working for HSBC as a GTRF Analyst Specialist since July 2021. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in mortgage management, document control, team leadership, and report management.

Kim Dunphy attended the Center for Financial Training from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a General Financial Services Diploma in the field of Business. Prior to that, they attended Lackawanna Sr High, where they received a Diploma in Business. The specific years of their attendance at the latter institution are not provided.
