Ethan Ramsey is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in food service management. Currently serving as Executive Steward at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel since September 2023, Ethan has previously held similar positions at The Omni Homestead and Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. Their career began with roles such as Assistant Executive Steward at Grand Hyatt Kauai and Event Set-Up Supervisor at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, among others. Ethan's diverse experience includes supervisory and managerial positions in various prestigious establishments like Vail Resorts and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Ethan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina and graduated from Wando High School.
