Kristin Sullivan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as HR/Credentialing at Senior PsychCare since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Patient Relations Representative at Naval Hospital Jacksonville from April 2014 to July 2015 and as a Supervisor of Medical Records, Overseas Screening, and Physical Exam Coordinator at Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville from August 2013 to April 2015. Kristin also has experience as an Emergency Dispatcher at NSA Naples from August 2008 to November 2011, and as a Military Police at NSA Bahrain from July 2007 to July 2008. In their roles, they have performed various tasks such as training, conflict resolution, insurance explanation, acute care visit assistance, HEDIS management, physical exam management, field investigations, report preparation, and coordination of emergency services.

Kristin Sullivan, SHRM-CP, MHRM, pursued their education in a dedicated and systematic manner, focusing on both psychology and human resources. Kristin began their educational journey in 2008 at the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology in 2015. Demonstrating their commitment to furthering their knowledge and expertise in the field, Kristin then enrolled at the University of Clear Lake in 2018. Here, they focused their studies on Human Resources, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and advancements. Kristin dedicated herself to this program until 2021, achieving a profound understanding of the field and earning the necessary qualifications for professional success.
