Martin Barnes

Appointed Director of Business Development & Strategy in September 2021, Martin was previously CEO of Senior Flexonics LPE, having joined the Group in April 2016. Prior to joining Senior, Martin was Managing Director of Airline Services Ltd, Threesixty Aerospace and held senior management roles in Rolls-Royce and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Martin started his career in the Armed Forces, where he served as a helicopter pilot for 18 years in both operational and Test & Evaluation roles.
