Anne-Lise Molle

Anne-Lise Molle has extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Currently, Anne-Lise serves as Responsable RH at Sénova, a firm focused on the ecological transition of buildings, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Anne-Lise was the Responsable d'une Ruche Qui Dit Oui, specializing in organic and local products from July 2017 to October 2022, and worked at Co Naissances as Chargée de mission Parcours, aiding individuals in identifying their talents and professional projects from February 2018 to December 2020. Anne-Lise's earlier tenure at Danone Dairy from September 2010 to April 2016 included roles such as Responsable Logistique Opérationnelle, overseeing a team of 70 and managing operational activities, and leading planning for imports and production. Anne-Lise holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Management de la Supply Chain et des activités logistiques from ENSAIA, completed in 2011.
