Alexia Taxiarchos has over 10 years of experience in global communications and corporate leadership. Alexia has held various high-level positions in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Alexia served as the Vice President of Global Communications at Sensata Technologies, where they led a team of communicators and spearheaded the development of comprehensive communication strategies. Alexia also worked as the Senior Director of Global Communications at Sensata Technologies, overseeing all global communication programs and advising the leadership team on effective strategies. Additionally, they served as the President of the Sensata Technologies Foundation, where they managed fundraising efforts and employee engagement. Before joining Sensata Technologies, Alexia worked as the Director of Global Communications at Hasbro, where they developed and executed global communication strategies to build the corporate brand. Alexia also has experience in investor relations, having worked as an Investor Relations Manager at Hasbro and TIM Hellas/WIND Hellas Telecommunications S.A. Furthermore, they have served as the President of the Board of Directors at NIRI Boston and as a Research Analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Currently, Alexia is a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering and supporting senior women leaders in their professional journey. Alexia Taxiarchos attended Boston College from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a BA in English and International Relations. Alexia later pursued their MA in International Relations at Boston University from 2000 to 2001.
