Youp van Asperen

Youp van Asperen is an experienced project manager with a strong background in new product development and change management, currently serving as Manager of the Project Management Team at Sensata Technologies since September 2016. Responsibilities include planning and executing NPD projects, overseeing the MEMS product portfolio management for key OEMs, and managing change requests impacting series production. Prior experience includes roles as Industrial Engineer at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where significant productivity improvements were implemented across manufacturing plants in the Netherlands and India, and as Process Engineer at Sensata Technologies, focusing on the transition to high volume production in Mexico and China. Youp van Asperen holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
