Nancy R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product at Sense since February 2024, Nancy is focused on evolving the product suite to align with the company's vision for a sustainable future. Nancy holds a position as an Advisor at Aquanzo and recently participated as a Founder in Training at The Greenhouse, promoting innovation among women founders in the climate space. Previously, Nancy contributed to Propeller as an Entrepreneur in Residence, advising portfolio companies and developing the Ocean MBA program. Nancy held leadership roles at HubSpot, including Vice President and General Manager of the Ecosystem Product Group, and has a rich background in energy management and server technology from positions at EnerNOC, Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Ford Motor Company. Nancy earned a Master’s degree in Management and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
