Paul Soucy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently working as an Embedded Software Engineer at Sense since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Software at Videray Technologies Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where they were responsible for designing and implementing an embedded Android system for a new handheld X-Ray imaging product, writing Linux kernel drivers, and working on Android UI/UX design and implementation.
Before Videray Technologies, Paul worked at SciAps Inc. from 2013 to 2018 as a Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer. Paul also co-founded SmartHUD in 2013 and worked as a Co-Founder until 2014.
Paul started their career as a Software Engineer at Courion Corporation in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Paul then joined MIT Technology Review as an Android Software Engineer from 2010 to 2011. Finally, Paul worked as a Mobile Software Engineer at Burst.it, LLC from 2011 to 2013.
Paul Soucy attended the University of Connecticut from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
