Anita Urbanska is an experienced HR professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and Associate CIPD accreditation. Currently serving as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Sense Scotland since February 2016, Anita manages a small HR team and oversees employee relations case work, including grievances and disciplinaries. Previous roles include HR Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, pay and reward administration, and HR database management.
