Jasper Pilgrim is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Representative at Sense since April 2021, Jasper provides specialized support and strategy for Enterprise clients while ensuring SMS compliance and effective outreach initiatives. Previous experience includes a brief role as a Technical Support Representative at Waltmon Frame & Body Shop and several positions in agriculture as a Farmer at Family Farm, where responsibilities included animal care and gardening. Prior to these roles, Jasper gained valuable experience in sales and customer service at A-Z Beauty Supply and LA Beauty. Jasper's educational journey includes attendance at Holmes Community College from 2012 to 2013.
