Raj Shetgar

Raj Shetgar is the Chief Product Officer at Sensen Networks Ltd. Raj has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Raj started their career at Unico in May 2018 as the Practice Lead for IoT Products and Services. In this role, Raj was responsible for determining the strategic direction, building capabilities, and forming the partner ecosystem to deliver end-to-end smart solutions for Smart Cities, Campuses, Buildings, Transportation and Logistics, and the Agriculture-Livestock sectors. Raj was successful in securing new revenue for Unico in the IoT area from clients through the development and launch of the company’s smart building suite of solutions and IoT capabilities.

In addition to their role as Practice Lead, Raj also took on the role of Head of Partners & Alliances in 2019. In this role, Raj was responsible for accelerating business outcomes for a diverse set of customers by building an ecosystem of strategic partners. This involved identifying the right technology vendors in the market, defining the business plan for each vendor, on-boarding of new partners, sales and pre-sales enablement, and joint go-to-market strategy.

Under Raj’s leadership, Sensen Networks has become a leading provider of IoT solutions with a strong focus on smart buildings and cities. Raj has been instrumental in Sensen’s success in securing new customers and partners, as well as delivering innovative products and solutions that meet the needs

Raj Shetgar is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate from Melbourne Business School. Raj's field of study was strategy, innovation, and finance. Raj also holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in electronics from RMIT University. In addition, Raj has received certification from ESMT European School of Management and Technology in innovation beyond borders and from the Project Management Institute in project management professional (PMP). Finally, they are also AWS certified cloud practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

They are on a team with David Smith - Director, COO & Company Secretary, Anthony Schmidt - Director, Retail Operations, and Nathan Rogers - Director, Smart City Solutions, Asia Pacific. Their manager is Subhash Challa, Chairman & CEO.
