Prior experience includes over 16 years at American Electric Power, where Michelle held roles such as Director of Talent Management, focusing on enhancing talent management practices, workforce planning, and leadership development. Additional experience at Liebert Corporation involved roles in quality system management and organization development. Michelle holds a Master of Organization Development and an MBA, both from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
