Cacau Weiss has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 2016, they interned at ICTS Protiviti, where they shadowed professionals and participated in risk management consulting activities. In 2017, they worked as a research assistant at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on decision-making research. Cacau also worked as a research assistant at DePaul University, conducting studies on NBA team processes and dynamics, as well as NASA-funded research on crew staffing models.

In 2018, Cacau interned at Talent Matching, where they researched best practices for gamification training tools and advised on forming and maintaining healthy work groups. Cacau then joined Indra in 2019, first as a Recruiting and Selection Analyst, where they led the creation of a project for internal promotions and reallocations. Later, they became a Training and Development Analyst, overseeing projects for employee professional development and innovating organizational cultural change programs.

In 2022, Cacau joined Little Linguists Arts Academy as an Organizational Culture Consultant. Here, they analyzed business processes, developed an onboarding process, and designed a customer satisfaction questionnaire to improve services. Most recently, they started working as a Human Resources Specialist at Sensirion.

Cacau Weiss completed their high school education from Escola Internacional de Alphaville, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Afterward, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at DePaul University, attending from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Cacau holds the certification of being a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, which was obtained in January 2019. They also have certifications in English proficiency, including CAE (Cambridge English Language Assessment), DELE Level B2 (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera), FCE (Cambridge English Language Assessment), and PET (Cambridge English Language Assessment).
