Cacau Weiss has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 2016, they interned at ICTS Protiviti, where they shadowed professionals and participated in risk management consulting activities. In 2017, they worked as a research assistant at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on decision-making research. Cacau also worked as a research assistant at DePaul University, conducting studies on NBA team processes and dynamics, as well as NASA-funded research on crew staffing models.

In 2018, Cacau interned at Talent Matching, where they researched best practices for gamification training tools and advised on forming and maintaining healthy work groups. Afterward, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at DePaul University, attending from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Cacau holds the certification of being a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, which was obtained in January 2019.
