Roman Ayer

Roman Ayer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Roman started their career in 2014 as a Studentische Hilfskraft at ETH Zürich, where they worked as a support staff member until November 2014. Roman then moved on to LEVITRONIX, where they completed a Maschinenbau Praktikum from October 2014 to January 2015. In 2016, they joined Battere as an Operations Mitarbeiter for a short period from July to September. Simultaneously, they also joined thyssenkrupp Presta AG as an Entwicklungsingenieur in November 2016 and worked there until September 2019.

Roman'smost recent position is with Sensirion, where they initially started as a Field Application Engineer in October 2019. Roman has since been promoted to the position of Teamleader Field Application Engineering in June 2023.

Roman Ayer began their education at MNG Rämibühl, where they earned a Matura degree between 2004 and 2008. Roman then attended ETH Zürich from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Roman furthered their education at ETH Zürich from 2013 to 2016, completing a Master of Science degree in the same field. In 2022, they pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Kompetenzorientiertes Projektmanagement at the ZHAW School of Management and Law.
