Shoshi L. Kaganovsky has extensive work experience in various technological and defense-related roles. Shoshi L. currently serves as the President, North America, at Feelit Technologies, a company that provides adhesive sensors for real-time asset health monitoring. Prior to this role, Shoshi worked at RingOn, where they focused on leveraging technology to combat child sex trafficking. Shoshi L. also worked at SensoCore, where they worked on developing technologies and devices to predict and prevent disasters. Shoshi is the CEO and Founder of Sensoleak Global, Inc., a company that developed an AI algorithm for real-time monitoring of pipeline, machinery, and energy equipment. In addition, they worked as a Technology Scout at CyKicks, where they cultivated relationships with high-tech businesses and identified technologies with commercial potential. Lastly, Shoshi served as a Liaison Officer to the UN forces of Syria and Lebanon in the Foreign Relations Division of the Israel Defense Forces.

Shoshi L. Kaganovsky completed their education in chronological order. In 2006, they began their studies at the University of Haifa and spent three years there, earning a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies and English Language in 2009. Following this, in 2010, they returned to the University of Haifa and undertook a Teaching Diploma program, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction, which concluded in 2011. Lastly, from 2012 to 2013, Shoshi pursued an International Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Marketing at the University of Haifa.
