Alina LATUS

Alina LATUS has a diverse work experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, research and development, and teaching. Alina currently serves as the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance lead at Sensome since September 2016. Previously, Alina held a position as Head of Research and Development at KLEARIA from January 2015 to February 2016, and prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at the same company from July 2014 to December 2014. Alina's academic experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Universite Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) from November 2013 to June 2014, a Research and Teaching Assistant role at Université Denis Diderot (Paris VII) from September 2012 to August 2013, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Connecticut from November 2011 to August 2012. Alina also has a background as a PhD Student at the University of Bucharest from September 2007 to October 2011, and they completed a Research Internship at Université de Rennes 1 from October 2010 to May 2011.

Alina LATUS completed their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Technology and Management in Food Industry at the Technical University of Moldova from 2001 to 2005. Alina then pursued their Master's degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Synthesis, Structure, and Reactivity applied to Chemistry of the Drugs (in French), at the University of Bucharest from 2005 to 2007. Alina LATUS continued their education at the University of Bucharest, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from 2007 to 2011.
