Claire Midwood's work experience begins with their current role as CEO and Managing Director at SENSORBERG since March 2023. Claire also serves as a Board Member at Kvadrat since January 2022. In January 2022, Claire Midwood founded their own company, Claire Midwood UG (haftungsbeschränkt), where they hold the positions of CEO, Board Member, and Executive Coach & Facilitator. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at REBELLE - StyleRemains GmbH from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before starting their own company, Claire Midwood worked as the CEO and Managing Director of Amorelie from November 2019 to March 2022. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the business and established a culture focused on impact. Claire also developed and executed the company's three-year strategy, optimized processes, and implemented OKRs as a strategic framework.

Prior to this, Claire Midwood worked at Apple as the Managing Director Channel from November 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for designing the Apple Customer Journey within the Indirect Retail Channel and ensuring alignment among key stakeholders.

Before joining Apple, Claire Midwood had an extensive career at adidas, where they held various senior leadership positions. These include Senior Vice President Concept to Consumer from April 2016 to October 2017, General Manager NEO and Style from April 2014 to March 2016, Vice President adidas NEO Label from May 2009 to March 2014, Global Business Unit Director Womens and Swim from January 2004 to April 2009, Global Category Manager Workout Apparel & Footwear from June 2001 to December 2003, Senior Category Manager Women's Training, Sports Specific, Accessories from May 1998 to May 2001, and Sales Training and Support Executive from January 1997 to April 1998.
