Jonathan Hersch

Jonathan Hersch has worked in the tech industry since 2011. Jonathan began their career as an Algorithm Engineer at Quest Integrity, where they developed computational algorithms in C# and MATLAB. In 2015, they took on the role of Project Manager at Native Contracting Services, where they also handled the company's accounting and developed a Microsoft Access database. In 2016, they became a Data Science Fellow at Galvanize Inc. and a Data Analyst at TruNorth Consulting, Inc., where they used Excel and VBA to clean telecom contract data. In 2017, they joined GridCure as a Backend Developer, Data Engineer, and GDPR Compliance Officer. Finally, in 2019, they became a Data Scientist at AirDNA, and in 2021 they began working as a Data Engineer at Sensory, Inc.

Jonathan Hersch obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington in 2008, which they completed in 2010. In 2016, they attended Galvanize - Denver, Platte and became a Data Science Fellow in the field of Data Science, which they completed in 2017.
