Brooke Jelinek has a strong background in technical support and customer success roles. Prior to their current position at Sentant, where Brooke serves as a Customer Success Manager and Client Success Engineer, Brooke worked at U.S. Bank as a Technical Communicator and Help Desk Specialist. Brooke also has experience as a Technical Support Engineer at FrameWork IT. Brooke holds an Associate’s Degree in Cybersecurity/Networking from Mt. Hood Community College. Throughout their career, Brooke has excelled in creating technical documentation, providing technical support to end users, and collaborating with project teams to address complex technical issues.
