Brian Bohman, Ph.D.

Brian Bohman, Ph.D. has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Brian founded and served as Program Director for First Years Forward from 2012 to 2015, then worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they also served as a Research and Policy Intern for the Freshwater Society. In 2018, they founded and served as CEO of Insight Sensing, and is currently a Solutions Engineer at Sentera, a position they have held since 2021.

Brian Bohman, Ph.D. has a diverse educational background. Brian began their studies in 2007, graduating with a Diploma from Cretin-Derham Hall High School with Honors/College Preparatory. Brian then attended the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Natural Science in 2011. In 2014, they studied abroad at St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, India. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Water Resources Science from the University of Minnesota in 2021.
