Karin Thacker

Karin Thacker is currently the Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Senti Biosciences. Karin has over thirteen years of experience in the Regulatory Affairs field and has worked for companies such as Harpoon Therapeutics, Gritstone Oncology, Puma Biotechnology Ltd, and Gilead Sciences.

Karin’s experience in Regulatory Affairs has given their a wealth of knowledge in submissions, communications, and negotiations with Health Authorities in support of clinical trials and product registration. Karin also has a deep understanding of Quality Assurance and how to implement and maintain phase-appropriate Quality Systems.

Under Karin’s leadership, the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams at Senti Biosciences have been able to successfully navigate the complex regulatory landscape and bring Senti’s products to market. Karin’s dedication to their work and their team has made their a valuable asset to the company.

Karin Thacker reports to Tim Lu, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Deborah Knobelman - CFO, Kanya Rajangam - Chief Medical & Development Officer, and Philip Lee - Co-Founder & COO.
