Eng Khoon Gan

Eng Khoon GAN currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Development at Sentient.io, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include executive recruitment, talent marketing, and fostering an inclusive performance culture. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Director at the National University of Singapore from January 2008 to March 2021, as well as serving as Senior Associate Director at the Ministry of Transport, Singapore in 2007-2008. Eng Khoon GAN completed a Bachelor in Engineering (Materials Engineering) at the National University of Singapore and has furthered education at Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College and the US Army Air Defense Artillery School, among other institutions. Military experience includes a tenure as Lieutenant Colonel in the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 1984 to 2006.
