Anish Raj

Anish Raj has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anish is currently a Human Resources Director at both AlphaSense and Sentieo, starting in 2021. Before that, they worked at Lowe's India as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they aligned talent strategy with business goals and collaborated with various departments to drive the Employee Value Proposition. Anish also served as the University Relations Leader and Advisor for Tech Hiring, HR Analytics, and Special Projects, where they strategized campus hiring and improved employer branding through technology automation. Prior to Lowe's India, Anish was an Associate Manager-HR Business Partner at Wipro Limited from 2016 to 2018. Anish also gained experience as an HRT Consultant at Deloitte U.S. India offices from 2014 to 2016. Anish started their career as an MBA Summer Intern at STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LTD in 2013 and then worked as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2009 to 2011.

Anish Raj completed their Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Public School Ranchi, spanning from 1991 to 2003. Anish then pursued their B.E in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 2005 to 2009. Anish furthered their education by obtaining a PGDM in Human Resources Development and Marketing from T.A Pai Management Institute Manipal, finishing in 2014. In 2020, they earned a certification in Data Science from John Hopkins University.
