Hardik D.

Hardik D. has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Customer Care Executive at Transworks India Pvt. Ltd. In 2009, they interned at City Investment Group where they researched and managed client accounts in the oil industry. Hardik then worked as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Gap, where they received recognition for their excellent service. In 2012, Hardik joined Big Aspect as an Analyst, providing strategic counsel and developing solutions for business issues. In 2014, they held the role of Senior Researcher at the Institute for Competitiveness, writing articles and conducting independent research on competitiveness in India. Hardik also worked as a Business Coordinator at deVere Group and as a Senior Researcher at 361 Degrees Digiad Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted research projects and produced client-focused reports. In 2015, Hardik became the EA to the MD at Hero Motors, playing a key role in the company's growth and acquisition efforts. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Independent Consultant, acquiring and developing key accounts in the retail industry. Finally, in 2017, Hardik joined Sentieo as the Chief of Staff, India, managing various aspects of the organization, including HR, Infosec efforts, and collaboration with senior leadership and engineering managers.

Hardik D. began their education at Rajhans Vidhyalaya, where they studied from 1992 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Greenwich in 2007. Hardik pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing, which they completed in 2010. In addition to this, they also concurrently pursued an MBA in Investment Management at the University of Wales from 2011 to 2012.
