Lauren H. Rakower

Lauren Rakower joined Sentinel as Director, Legal & Compliance in 2019. Ms. Rakower joined Sentinel from Kirkland & Ellis, where she spent seven years, most recently as a partner in the corporate group. At Kirkland, Ms. Rakower represented private equity funds, private companies, and public companies in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dispositions, and governance and other general corporate matters. Ms. Rakower holds a JD, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and a BA with honors in international studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is also a member of the New York Bar.
