Seth Katz

Seth Katz is a Vice President of capital projects and is in charge of overseeing design, construction and engineering projects across Sentinel’s commercial portfolio. Prior to joining Sentinel in 2017, he was the head of commercial projects at a high-end boutique New York general contracting firm. He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer for the Federal Government and has since held various project management and executive roles with real estate development, construction and engineering consulting firms. Mr. Katz earned an MS in Engineering and Technology Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.
