Lorenzo Porras

Lorenzo Porras is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in threat escalation and customer support. Currently serving as the Threat Escalation Manager at SentinelOne since August 2022, Lorenzo has transitioned through various technical roles, including Senior Threat Engineer and Senior Support Engineer. Previously at Kaseya, key responsibilities included troubleshooting Windows Server, MSSQL database management, and IIS/ASP repairs. Lorenzo's career began at CarMax as an Inventory Associate and included an early role as a Package Handler at UPS. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida International University and two associate degrees from Miami Dade College, one in Information Technology and another in Music Business.
