Surajit Datta

Surajit Datta is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, data analytics, and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at SentinelOne since April 2022, Surajit previously held prominent roles such as VP and Head of Corporate FP&A and Data Analytics at Arm, where leadership included overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and supporting G&A functions. Surajit has also contributed as a Board Member at Spin Memory, managing Arm's investment in the company's funding round. With prior experience as Managing Director at Evercore Partners and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, Surajit has built a solid foundation in TMT investment banking. Educational credentials include an MBA in Analytic Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and PGDM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
