Deborah Monti has over 15 years of work experience in human resources and procurement. Deborah currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Sentrex Health Solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of People and Culture at the same company. Before joining Sentrex Health Solutions, Deborah worked at Bayshore HealthCare as a Human Resources Manager for Specialty Rx and as a Human Resources Generalist. Deborah also served as a Branch Human Resources Coordinator at the same company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources and Procurement Specialist at Regional Power Inc. and as a Buyer in Procurement at Candu Energy (formerly AECL). Deborah's experience in the field of human resources began at AECL, where they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator.

Deborah Monti graduated from the University of Toronto in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. After that, in 2005, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM) from Sheridan College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deborah obtained a Joint Health and Safety Certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in February 2015.
