Joe Watson

Joe Watson is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in the music industry and social statistics. Currently employed at Sentric Music since August 2018, Joe Watson has also served as a Music Industry Data Analyst in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Loughborough University. Prior roles include working as a statistical analyst at Q9 Partners and a research assistant at The University of Manchester, where Joe Watson contributed to various research projects in social statistics and assisted undergraduate students in quantitative analysis. In addition, Joe Watson has held positions as a researcher in residence at the Manchester Digital Music Archive and has experience in marketing and editorial roles. Joe Watson holds a PhD in Social Statistics, an MSc in Social Research Methods and Statistics, and a BA in Development Studies, all from The University of Manchester.
