Wayne Kee

Wayne Kee has a diverse range of work experience. Wayne most recently worked as the Director of Billing and Operations for Sentrics starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where they served as the Cash Application Manager from August 2022 to December 2023. In this role, they led a cash management team and maintained adherence to DPMO metrics for 1,500 accounts managing $6 billion in annual revenue. Earlier in their career, Wayne worked at Dominion National where they held multiple roles. As the Director of Financial Operations from November 2012 to August 2022, they directed billing, payment, and administration teams. Wayne also served as the Manager of Account Services from February 2007 to November 2012, overseeing business implementations and contract negotiations. Wayne's earlier experience at Dominion National includes working as a Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst from February 2004 to February 2007, where they focused on processing client invoicing and conducting bank statement reconciliations. Throughout their career, Wayne has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.
