Michael D. Allweiss

Michael D. Allweiss has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry. Michael D. began their career in 1988 as an Associate Attorney for Tew Zinober & Barnes. Michael D. then moved to Pinellas/Pasco State Atttorney's Office in 1991 as an Assistant State Attorney. In 1992, they became an Associate Attorney Law for Fowler White Gillen Boggs Villareal & Banker. Michael D. then started their own practice, Michael D. Allweiss, P.A., in 1994. In this role, they litigated personal injury, product liability, maritime, commercial, real estate, employment, finance and criminal cases in federal, state trial and appellate courts. Michael D. also assembled and managed teams of attorneys and experts for complex personal injury and product liability cases. In 2014, they joined CMS Mechanical Services as Executive Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel. In this role, they increased new customer sales from $1.9 million in 2017 to $9.7 million in 2018 and projected $16 million in 2019, while improving profit margins. Michael D. also negotiated, drafted and reviewed complex, multi-million-dollar agreements for the nation's largest privately held commercial HVAC service provider with revenues in excess of $120 million. In 1998, they became Chairman, CEO & Chief Legal Officer of APBA Offshore Powerboat Racing, LLC. In this role, they negotiated, drafted and reviewed complex commercial agreements for national, regional, and local event, television, radio and internet production, and sponsorships. Michael D. also created the first ever multi-million-dollar National Sales and Event Production Organizations. In 2020, they joined Hunter Warfield as Vice President- Legal Support Services. Michael D. is currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations for Possession Partner since 2022.

Michael D. Allweiss received their Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 1985.
