Ron Gustafson Jr

Ron Gustafson, Jr is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Sentrillion since August 2017, Ron has a strong background in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. Previously, Ron held the position of Engineering Manager at Kingspan Insulation US, where leadership of technical staff and development of major software projects were key responsibilities. As Director of Tactical Programs at Fibertek, Ron successfully managed multiple programs, enhancing the Deltek ERP system and contributing to the creation of the Tactical Business Unit. Earlier roles include Program Manager at Rockwell Collins, where Ron led the development of flight simulators, and Senior Project Engineer at Comsat - RSI, focusing on satellite systems. Ron began the career as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon - E-Systems, specializing in mechanical design for airborne and naval applications. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
