Chris Hartley's work experience includes roles such as Senior User Experience (UX) Designer and User Experience Designer at SEP, where they demonstrated the benefits of an agile design process to client stakeholders and led design, research, and testing on various pre-market products. π Chris also contributed to shaping the practice of UX at the organizational level and initiated a weekly initiative to support the emotional and mental health of designers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, Chris was a Member of the Better Product Community, participated in the development and execution of strategies as a Partner + Creative Director at Catalyst Group Marketing, and served as a Senior Designer, specializing in website design/development, content marketing, brand development, and outsourced marketing.
Before joining SEP and Catalyst Group Marketing, Chris worked as a Photographer at Chartley Creative and as a Graphic Artist at Monarch Beverage, where they developed collateral and custom campaigns for accounts and international beverage suppliers. π Chris also gained experience as an Intern at The Shooting Gallery Asia.
Chris Hartley attended the University of Indianapolis from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts Program with a specialization in Visual Communication Design.
