Marine CRABOS started their work experience in December 2009 as a Responsable Ressources Humaines at Alliance Healthcare. In this role, they were responsible for regional HR management across multiple sites, with a scope of 700 employees and 11 establishments. Their duties included providing HR support to managers and directors, ensuring compliance with employment procedures, managing employee departures, overseeing labor relations, co-leading employee representative bodies, managing careers, and handling legal matters. Marine also took on various transversal HR projects, such as managing the company's employee savings plans and creating a monthly newsletter for managers. Additionally, they played a key role in restructuring and reorganizing several companies, overseeing voluntary departure plans and a subsidiary closure. In December 2014, Marine joined SEPPIC as a Responsable relations sociales & HR Business Partner, where they continue to work.
Marine CRABOS pursued a Master 2 degree in Droit et pratique des relations du travail at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2007 to 2008. Their field of study during this time was focused on droit social.
