Ben Phillips

Ben Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and business transformation. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at VNA Health since March 2020, Ben leads a non-profit organization focused on hospice and community care in Santa Barbara County. In addition, Ben has been with Amgen since July 2006, holding positions such as Executive Director for Business Transformation and Director of Strategy & Business Performance, where responsibilities include leading key transformation initiatives and overseeing operational excellence for the global Sales & Marketing organization. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Board Member for the Santa Barbara Newcomers Club, Director at Tefen, Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, and Project Manager at Celerant. Ben's academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Design, Manufacturing & Management from the University of Cambridge and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
